Mosaic Makers Hub is a monthly pop-up market and cultural event held in the beautiful Mosaic Courtyard off State St. in sunny Santa Barbara, CA.

Mosaic Makers Hub aims to create a community space to support great local small businesses and enjoy fun and enriching workshops, music, and entertainment. We value fun, authentic, creative, and dedicated creators, curators, and small businesses that believe in creating a community that thrives on each other's successes.

Notes on Your Application: Mosaic Makers Hub juries each market individually based on the applicants we receive. We regularly receive more applications than we can accept, so don’t get discouraged if you are not accepted!

Please keep in mind that our application and planning process does not allow us to accommodate requests for specific booth spots for Mosaic Makers Hub. Also keep in mind that some categories of product are more competitive than others because we receive more vendor applications in these categories.

Mosaic Makers Hub, like all Shop SB Local markets and events, does not accept vendors who sell AI-generated art or otherwise rely on AI for their artistic or public identity. For more information on our AI policy, please refer to our AI policy page.

Finally, please note that Santa Barbara-based vendors will be prioritized to support our local small business community.

If you are accepted to this Mosaic Makers Hub, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice with payment details. You are required to pay your application fee by the due date provided in order to guarantee your spot for the event.

6' Front Hallway Space (lighting reccommended) - $55

6' Courtyard Space (umbrella required) - $65

8' x 4' Courtyard Space (umbrella required) - $75

10' x 10' Courtyard Space (*note: only two 10 x 10 spaces are available per market) - $85

This is an outdoor event. Please check each box to confirm that your set-up will be ready for common weather conditions you may face on market day.

Prolonged, direct exposure to sunlight is a common part of a market day at Mosaic Makers Hub, especially for vendors in courtyard spaces. By checking this box, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to bring my own umbrella and other forms of sun protection for myself and my product.

Although the venue will provide basic lighting, vendors in hallway spaces may find it useful to bring additional lighting for their booth set-ups. For night markets, all vendors should bring lighting to guarantee that their products are visible in market light conditions. By checking this box, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to bring my own, self-powered lighting for my market set-up.

By checking this box, I acknowledge that the venue cannot provide me with Wi-Fi or an independent electrical hook-up. If your product or service requires an electrical hook-up, please list your specific requirements in the "Extra Information" section below.

Although strong wind and rain are uncommon on the Mosaic Courtyard, all vendors are expected to have appropriate weights or bolsters to guarantee the stability of their umbrellas, merchandise, and other set-up materials in the case of extreme wind or rain. By checking this box, I confirm that my set-up will have responsible countermeasures against wind and rain to protect myself and those nearby.

Liability and Insurance Notice:

By checking this box, I confirm that I will not hold Mosaic Makers Hub or its organizers (including Beachside Babes Market, CreaTiffity Studios, and Shop SB Local) liable for any incidental damages, losses, or thefts that affect my product or booth set-up during Mosaic Makers Hub or the load-in and load-out periods. Mosaic Makers Hub recommends that vendors purchase their own liability insurance.

Accident Liability Waiver:

By checking this box, I confirm that I indemnify and hold harmless Mosaic Makers Hub, its organizers (including Beachside Babes Market, CreaTiffity Studios, and Shop SB Local), and the Mosaic Locale venue for any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) that arise from or are related to incidents at Mosaic Makers Hub events.

Market Conduct Agreement:

By checking this box, I agree to conduct myself with professionalism and compassion while at Mosaic Makers Hub. Abusive language, bullying, sabotage of other vendors' products, and other behavior harmful to the market are grounds for immediate removal from the market without a refund of my vendor fee and/or a permanent ban on future Mosaic Makers Hub and Shop SB Local market applications.
